Nature-first trip planning

NaturalistTripper turns real wildlife observation data into a trip plan you can take into the field.

Pick a spot on the map, draw an area, or import a hiking route. Then see a ranked list of species you can realistically expect to find there in the season you are going. Results are backed by actual sightings from iNaturalist, eBird, and GBIF, with photos, dates, and locations you can drill into.

Planning modes

• Pin. Search a radius around any point.
• Area. Draw a custom polygon over a park, refuge, or basin.
• Route. Import GPX, KML, or GeoJSON, or build a route and search a corridor along it.
• Target. Pick species you are chasing and find places that have them.

What this is not

NaturalistTripper is a planning and interpretation tool. It does not guarantee species presence, access, safety, or legal permission to visit a site.
